Free shipping
Shipping is free on every order to Canada. There is no minimum order amount.
Processing and delivery times
- Processing: orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
- Delivery: most orders arrive within 5–10 business days of being placed, including processing time.
Deliveries to remote areas, and orders placed around public holidays or during peak seasons, can take a few days longer.
Tracking
When your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow your parcel until it arrives.
Import taxes and duties
Your order is shipped to you from our international fulfilment partner. If you are asked to pay any import taxes, duties or brokerage fees when your parcel is delivered, contact us with a photo of the receipt and we will refund those charges.
Delayed, lost or damaged parcels
- If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of being placed, contact us and we will send a free replacement or give you a full refund.
- If your order arrives damaged or defective, send us a photo within 60 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you in full. You don't need to send the item back.
Shipping address
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We can update the address as long as the order has not shipped yet.

The delivery times on this page apply to Canada. If you are ordering from another country, contact us before ordering and we'll confirm the expected delivery time.
